Our company emerged like a tender shoot breaking through the soil, with our Foreign Trade Department beginning as a small-scale startup comprising just three individuals. As time went by, the company had gradually expanded, taking its first substantial shape.

Our company restructured its Fertilizer Foreign Trade Department and established both an International E-commerce Optimization Department and a Domestic E-commerce Department; concurrently, a Domestic Trade Department was also launched. Over the course of the year, the team expanded from 25 members at the start of the year to 50, generating a total revenue of 20 million RMB.

Our company has reached a pivotal turning point. In May, the Shunxin factory was established; in September, the Dinis factory was inaugurated, and the Dinis Domestic Trade Department was subsequently formed. Our total workforce reached 120 employees, and total revenue exceeded 40 million RMB.

In the face of the severe challenges posed by the pandemic, our company rose to the occasion, achieved a breakthrough amidst adversity, and generated revenue of 80 million yuan.

Amidst the pandemic, our company continued to push its boundaries, with total revenue surpassing the 130 million RMB mark for the first time.

Defying market headwinds, our company forged ahead: our Zhengzhou Foreign Trade Department relocated to a new office, and we successfully established two amusement parks—Zhengzhou Kangle and Gongyi Dinis. During this year, Dinis was recognized as a High-Tech Enterprise, obtained a Class A Production License for Special Equipment, and secured over 20 patents; similarly, Shunxin was also designated a High-Tech Enterprise and obtained numerous certifications and patents.

Yongtao Group continues to forge ahead, successfully achieving a total revenue target of 300 million RMB. Concurrently, the new facility has been inaugurated, the transition to group-wide management has been completed, and the points-based management system has been successfully implemented. Keeping pace with the changing times, our team has steadily expanded; we have not only achieved remarkable success in the domestic market but have also actively expanded our presence in the international arena. In terms of corporate management, we have continuously refined our institutional frameworks, prioritized talent development, and recruited high-caliber management professionals, thereby gradually building a robust and capable management team.

Our corporate operations have deepened significantly, culminating in the official establishment of Yongtao Group. The Group’s business portfolio spans multiple sectors—including the amusement industry, fertilizer equipment, environmental protection equipment, and food processing machinery—and is complemented by a comprehensive suite of support services covering planning, design, operations, installation, and after-sales support, thereby providing our clients with end-to-end solutions. Concurrently, we have accelerated our global expansion strategy by establishing subsidiaries in the United States, Russia, and Indonesia; furthermore, we have conducted market surveys in Africa and South America to assess the feasibility of establishing future branches in these regions.
